I'm going to be in four different places in Los Angeles today, all within a seventeen-mile radius. Here are the forecast temperatures in those four spots: 60, 70, 80 and 90! Who is in charge here? How is it even possible to dress for my day? I want answers!

OTOH, one of my gaming buddies asked me what the weather was like yesterday evening. I said "Great, clear and in the 60s!" He told me it was in the 20s and raining where he was.
Conversations like that make me feel good about living in Los Angeles!
(Granted, there is also a downside, but it's nice to be reminded of the good things in life!)
