Well, for a glorious moment in time Steam was giving the original Half-Life away for free in honor of some milestone or other. It was supposed to be available for four days, but Steam very shortly pulled the offer without comment. Lots of folks commented that they got it and installed and played it this morning, then lots of folks posted that it's been reverted to $9.99 again. As it is when I look for it. That ticks me off.
